SUNBUILT ENERGY started in 2015 in Arizona to serve the needs of home owners who wish to better manage energy usage in their homes, as well as overall energy efficiency. SUNBUILT ENERGY expanded to Florida, which is currently experiencing a surge in solar system installations. Many home owners now take advantage of the favorably net-metering rules to reduce and control energy usage in the long term. We assist these homeowners by advising them on system design, system choices, technologies, installations, and financing.

WHY DO OUR SUNBUILT ENERGYÂ CONSULTING SERVICES ALLOW FOR BETTER ENERGYÂ USAGE MANAGEMENT AND INCREASE THE ENERGY EFFICIENCY OF YOUR HOME?
Because we review your home, its particular location, sun exposure, and give you choices as to systems, installers and financing. We currently focus on solar systems, as well as battery back-up systems (independently, to balance energy usage in an efficient way; or in support of a solar system).
SUNBUILT ENERGY starts with a site visit to inspect your home, take photographs of the roof, the electric panels, and the general location of your home. Then one of our designers will review satellite photographs and use sophisticated software such as Solargraf to calculate what system is most effective for your home. As a general rule, solar systems that offset about 100% of your average electricity use are most cost-effective. We then email you the proposal and review options for installation and financing. Currently, we focus on solar systems because of favorable net-metering rules in Arizona. We also offer battery-back up systems, either independently or in support of solar systems.
